For Litigation, we will either provide an appropriate expert from our database or conduct an extensive search.
For IMEs, we will:
Locate the appropriate expert and get two appointment dates
Contact the claimant’s attorney and present IME dates
Follow up with claimant’s attorney to solidify IME appointment
Confirm appointment with expert’s office
Send out confirmation letter to all parties
Send out IME prepay requests to insurers
Organize and handle all records
Contact claimant’s attorney prior to IME to assure claimant’s attendance
Contact expert’s office to verify attendance
Follow up with expert’s office to ensure a timely report
